These Terms govern your use of the Protoz waitlist at protoz.app. By joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms.
Protoz is not yet generally available. The waitlist lets you register interest so we can notify you when access opens. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, a specific position, or a launch date, and we may change or discontinue the waitlist at any time.
You must provide a valid email address that you own or are authorized to use. Don't submit other people's information without their permission, and don't attempt to manipulate the waitlist (for example, by submitting fake or automated entries).
By joining, you consent to receive emails related to the waitlist and the Protoz launch. You can opt out at any time by contacting us at hello@protoz.app.
The Protoz name, logo, and the content on this site are owned by Protoz. You may not copy or use them without permission.
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it available and accurate, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Protoz will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the waitlist or this site.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
